The M.C. Miller 400D is a digital resistance meter used to test the resistance of the earth's soil. It has narrow band-pas filters that are centered at 82.2 Hz, ensuring measurements remain unaffected by interference signals.
The 400D has bluetooth capability to access readings on a PC. Bluetooth can also be used for optional datalogging.
