New OSHA Guideline for Occupational Exposure to Ebola

The Ebola virus hasn't been in the news as much lately as is was a month ago, but the lessons continue.  The first is that the virus itself isn't the only harm concern. It's also important to protect workers from the sometimes harsh chemicals used for cleaning and disinfection.

In response, OSHA released a new selection matrix for personal protective equipment (PPE).  Read more here.

Our office of 50 people hums along at a "normal (for us)" noise level. People talking on the phones, intercom pages, the copier in the corner... all of that adds up. And usually I don't notice it. But after hours, on the drive home, I start to notice just how loud the office was during the day.
