About the speaker: With more than 19 years experience in environmental health and safety, Amy Timmerman currently serves as Region V Area Director for the American Society of Safety Professionals. She is a certified safety professional and a certified health education specialist.
She's been actively involved in the U.S. Technical Advisor Committee for the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and is an instructor for the ASSP ISO 45001 course. She also serves on the Standards Development Committee and ANSI Z10 Occupational Health and Safety MS committee. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a Masters in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
