TSI Alnor HM685 Hydronic Manometers for System Balancing

HM685
As low as $175.00

TSI Alnor HM685 hydronic manometers are used to balance steam and hot water heating systems, chilled water cooling systems, and to check pump performance. Balancing these hydronic systems reduces energy consumption and saves money. The HM685 can measure and display differential pressure, high side gauge pressure, and low side gauge pressures simultaneously without the need to change hose connections or instrument valve settings. Enter a valve manufacturer's Cv flow factor into the HM685, and it will display a volumetric flow up to 100 Cv.

Kit Includes: Instrument with 6" temperature probe, red and blue hose assemblies with shut-off valves, two pressure/temperature gauge adapter probes, two ITT Bell and Gossett readout probes, AC power supply, USB cable and software, battery kit calibration certificate, and user manual.

  • Upgrade from the retired TSI-Alnor-HM680 model
  • Measuring range: 0 PSI to 300 PSI (0 kPa to 2068 kPa)
  • Provides input for two temperature probes
  • Reads inches, feet, or meters H2O, psi, inches or mm Hg, kPa or bar
  • Allows up to 100 Cv factors to be entered; Displays volumetric flow when a Cv factor is programmed
  • Calculates brake power, heat flow, Cv factors, and impeller sizing plus universal flow and BTU/hour
  • Logs up to 4000 data points that can be downloaded to a PC using TSI CompuDat USB software, included free with each rental
