The TSI Alnor 16-Point Velocity Matrix is a precision accessory for the EBT731 Balometer, designed to provide area-averaged, multi-point velocity readings. When connected to the EBT731, the velocity matrix captures data from 16 measurement points and calculates a quick, averaged velocity per square foot. This allows technicians to assess airflow performance more accurately than single-point measurements. Ideal for laboratory hood face velocity testing, filter face velocity testing, and kitchen exhaust measurements.
The Velocity Matrix measures air velocity from 25 to 2,500 ft/min (0.125 to 12.5 m/s) with a resolution of 1 ft/min (0.01 m/s) and accuracy of ±3% of reading ±7 ft/min (above 50 ft/min). This makes it an excellent tool for applications requiring both precision and repeatability in airflow verification.
