The TSI 966 Thermoanemometer Articulating Probe is a plug-in probe for the VelociCalc 9565-P meter that measures air velocity, temperature, and humidity with a flexible, articulating design for hard-to-reach spaces. It’s commonly used for fume hood face velocity checks, filter testing, duct traverses, cleanroom verification, and HVAC commissioning.

With a velocity range of 0 to 9,999 ft/min (0–50 m/s), temperature from 14 to 140°F (-10 to 60°C), and humidity from 5 to 95% RH, the 966 provides precise, repeatable readings even in tight or angled spaces. Its articulating probe head makes it especially valuable for measuring across grilles, diffusers, and safety cabinets.
